    He hurried thru my eye procedure because his staf. Double booked him. At least that is what he told me when. I got so cold waiting for him i had to ask first a blanket to be kept warm.

    Large facility but felt like an assembly line. Clearly over book as had a 8am appointment for a routine eye exam and total visit was 1 hour and 45 minutes and was with Doctor 10 minutes. Might be good for specialized care but not worth it if you just need routine exam.

    Had a routine eye exam in January 2024 and received a script for glasses. Was told the glasses would be ready in 2-3 weeks. Over a month passed and I did not hear from them so I called them. I was told that they marked my record as contacted in error so my glasses were sitting there for about 5 weeks. I went in today, 2/20 to pick up glasses and the script is completely off. Everything close and far was blurry with the glasses. I was told that I needed to get used to them. Give it time. How do you wear glasses that ruin your vision? Anyway I was told that I needed to be re-examined but the doctor was out and the next available is weeks out. Very disappointed that the standard practice of exam and script was incorrect.

    Had a new patient appointment. The lady at the front desk had issues trying to validate my insurance. She only tried to find it on her computer. She never tried to call the customer service number on my card to verify insurance. After I got my insurance company's customer service on the line I verified they are in network. Even though they are in network with my insurance because it's not billed through a separate vision plan but straight through my medical plan the lady at the front desk said they could not process it. When asked about paying out of pocket she said that was not a good idea and that they would charge me extra fees for that. In addition to being told that I had 15 mins to figure out my insurance or they would have to make reschedule an appointment I had waited 3 weeks for, It seemed to me that the lady at the front desk did not want my business because it would require her to do a little extra work that was not a cookie cutter fill it in on her computer program. This is extremely poor customer service and proved to me these people are NOT the type of people I can trust to take care of my vision needs.
