    3/13/24 New patient showed up 12:30 for 12:45 appt w Dr Vazari. Was handed forms to complete at front desk. I told person I had already completed paperwork online 3 days earlier (had screen shot showing Your Registration is Complete see pic). Office had no record I had completed registration online. Ugh. Sat down and completed forms. Sat and waited 45 minutes until I was called in while watching people that came in after me got called in before me. Finally saw Dr Vaziri at 2:30 after a few stops with tech and various tests. Dr was nice guy who was surprised I had a 12:45 appointment since he saw patients with later appointments before I got to him! UGH!!! (Apparently Frantz never heard of the first in first out/first come first served concept) On way out I stopped at desk to make next appointment and I said dont bother-I wont be back. HORRIBLE administration, incompetent front desk, poor IT system resulting in losing a patient.

    THE MOST UNCARING DOCTOR I HAVE EVER MET. Dr. Bokman you refused to treat my wife because you wanted to perform a procedure we did not want. Then you said well this is the way we do it in Beverly Hills. Well then go back to the Beverly Hills. You are in Florida now. Show some humanity and humility. I will call soon as long as she does not touch my wife.

    Made an appointment and arrived on time. Be sure to read all the paperwork they ask you to sign. It's so board, you're signing off way too much. When I asked why they refused to explain and told me they couldn't see me - a funny statement from an eye doctor's office. Horrible customer service

    After waiting an hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time, the doctor walked in bent down to look for 1 second said she didn't say anything then said "here's a Q- tip, show me" it was incrediblely indifferent. She basically ignored my concerns, did zero examination, then explained a scenario where i would have to undergo major surgery.... again, without any examination... based on a quick glance.It was incredibly impersonal and a massive waste of my time and sick hours.Go somewhere where integrity matters and you can leave with your dignity in tact.And as you can see by their reply... they have zero empathy AND called me a liar. I'm guessing it was the doctor "Christine" (who handed me the Q-tip) that responded this way.Seriously, take your money anywhere else!

    It is disgusting how much they charge for basic eye care and how they flaunt it in your face with their brand new office. I was referred to DR. Goel and was put through tests I did not need or want. Then slammed with a $500+ bill. In the office the doctor explained that he doesnt look at the photo they took for a patient with my prescription. Yet here they are billing me for it. And frankly I do not want a response from the office pretending to care, I want to not be charged for tests I have no need for.
