Dr Care was good, no complaints. However I'm not sure I can go back as the office was filled with plug in air fresheners and air freshener spray in each exam room. These chemicals are toxic and I lost my voice and felt sick upon leaving the appointment. I want to continue care there but this will be a show stopper for me.

For the most part it was good. I had cataract surgery the first eye went great the second a little dicey the nurse that was going to give me the meds for surgery said it was a little too early so she would be back, she never came back they came and started to roll me to surgery I told them I didnt get the meds. Another nurse came and I guess she didnt give me enough I felt it, it was not horrible but it did hurt.My follow up appointments went good, they kept on checking and every time it was the same I have lights (halos) when lights hit my eyes its bothersome, so I told him we were moving back home and was told I could get the fixed anywhere back home. Then I guess they saw me 1 to many times and wanted 40$ which is no big deal but my eyes are not right and feel I should not have to pay that so I called 3 times I missed the first time they called but did not receive anymore. I finally paid it because they were texting me almost everyday. With that said I have to say that everyone there are extremely friendly.

I made an appointment last year only to find out the time it was made for was their lunch time. Had to wait an hour for them to open. The doctor that I seen was good. Didn't like that they didn't use drops so that I could drive home. Had to sit around for a few more hours. The lady that did my glasses was very helpful. Glad I changed from a HMO to a PPO!
