Doctor was very thorough in her examination and explanation of her findings, and she delayed the next surgery until she felt swelling had diminished. Patricia, the surgery coordinator, was able to fit me into Dr Franz busy surgery schedule.

We had our first appointment today. We waited for 30 minutes past our scheduled time before approaching the front desk. We asked if it is normal for them to be running so late. She refused to answer- let alone apologize or explain.We decided to leave and take our business elsewhere.Since the doctor was a no-show, I think I should get paid $50. :-/
