Right from the beginning I was welcomed by the staff. All the consultation test were performed by skilled technicians. Once the tests were completed, the staff explained all the options for me. No pressure. When it came time to schedule my surgery, I was informed about the possibility of having the surgery earlier if a cancellation became available and that same day a cancellation was available which helped me to complete the surgery earlier and to go on with a previous schedule. My sister suggested (more like insisted) I go to Frantz Eyecare to have my eyeballs checked. So, I did. They were prompt, polite, humorous and absolutely great! They worked with me every step of the way, saving me money. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I had previously been a patient of Dr Robin for severe dry eye. Meeting Dr Duffield and having her evaluate me was a pleasure . I look forward to a follow-up visit a few months from now.
