I had a great experience with the surgical side of Frantz eye care. This is purely for the eye doctors side. My appointment was scheduled at 2:00, at 2:30 I asked when I should tell my babysitter I would possibly be finished. I was told it would be at least another half an hour until I would actually be seen. I asked a few times when scheduling the appointment how much time I would need, so that I could schedule my babysitter. They forgot to include and over hour wait just to start your appointment. Very frustrating, and not necessary. I will not be seeing them for my eye appointments ever again.

Went to Franz Eye clinic in Punta Gorda, FL today. Absolutely loved everyone in the process from checking in to ordering new glasses. Very personal and professional. The young lady at the desk represented this office with a sincere greeting and professional attitude. The technician ensured her examinations were thorough and we're obviously delivered with a concern for my vision. The doctor genuinely cared about my vision and discussed good eye health measures I should take. Very knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. The person who fitted me for glasses treated me like someone she wanted the very best for. I couldn't ask for more in a clinic. It's clear that this eye doctor has sold her vision of offering top quality eye care across the organization and all medical staff bought in. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience today, in spite of my significant reservations prior to walking in. Thank you Franz Eye Care.

My visit to Dr. Frantz office in Fort Myers was again a pleasant experience.,, I was treated very courteous and professional five what I take were very courteous and professional staff.
