In general, everyone seemed competent, amicable and courteous. The only drawback was that they had more employees and customers than rooms, which made things a bit chaoticSecond visitAfter waiting 2 hours for my appointment I was told that a 2-3 hour wait is normal for Dr. Burch. I don't know what makes them think that the customers have nothing better to do than to waste an entire morning or afternoon waiting on you, but I consider your attitude thoughtless, inconsiderate and unprofessional. As a result of the endless delay I had to leave without seeing the Dr. This is not the first time this has happened. I now have to go find someone else to do business with.

From the moment I arrived I was treated as a valued patient. All staff that I came into contact with was very friendly and upbeat. Throughout the entire experience any test that was being performed was explained to me. In all of my visits to doctors offices this was the best!! Dr.OBrien was extremely pleasant and explained the treatment plan going forward. I strongly encourage anyone needing eye care to try Franz.
