Reception does not know what they're doing. They originally scheduled me for 7:30am at the Santa Barbara location on a Friday. Then they told me they switched it to 12:00 pm. Two days before my appointment, I get a message to confirm for 7:30 am appointment. They switched the time again without telling me and gave me a bogus answer when I asked for an explanation. I get to the Santa Barbara location only to find out they're closed on Fridays...Complete waste of time. Never bothering with them and their incompetency again

Dr. Edward was excellent, explaining the results of the testing she did. I also appreciated that she did not try to sell me on new prescriptions before I saw the cataract surgeon.
