I was referred to Dr. Frantz for a cataract, in my left eye, when I arrived for my first appointment, found out I had cataracts in both eyes and qualified for cataract surgery. When Dr. Frantz walked in the room, I felt a relief...I usually am nervous, but felt very safe with him as my Doctor. With cataracts in both eyes, that means two different surgeries so on my first pre-op appointment, I couldn't pass one of the tests because of my excessive dry eyes and kept closing my eye when the light flashed. Throughout these tests, the technicians, ALL OF THEM were amazing and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Frantz and Frantz Eye Care Center.

Made our appointment about month ago for a routine eye exam for contacts.Verified our Aetna vital savings card.Verified pricing with the aetna vital savings card.Left work earlier as the latest appointment they will make is 3 pm.Filled out all the paperwork ahead though the online application and sent in. Had a confirmation number.Came in for the appointment.Cant find the sent in application. Told the front desk I had a confirmation number, she had no clue what that was.Was told they dont accept the Aetna vital savings card.Was told I would have to pay the walk in price and wouldnt honor the Aetna savings card.Reason given was because they are not on the Aetna program.Keep in mind we double and triple checked and confirmed everything with the office.What a waste of time! Worst experience. The front desk woman was clueless and no help at all.I left and never coming back. Wow. Just wow.Terrible customer service thru and thru!Wondering where I send my invoice for my wasted time??? They charge you for missing a appointment, how about paying me for wasting my time with your lack of information?Pick another eye doctor!
