    Had a new patient appointment. The lady at the front desk had issues trying to validate my insurance. She only tried to find it on her computer. She never tried to call the customer service number on my card to verify insurance. After I got my insurance company's customer service on the line I verified they are in network. Even though they are in network with my insurance because it's not billed through a separate vision plan but straight through my medical plan the lady at the front desk said they could not process it. When asked about paying out of pocket she said that was not a good idea and that they would charge me extra fees for that. In addition to being told that I had 15 mins to figure out my insurance or they would have to make reschedule an appointment I had waited 3 weeks for, It seemed to me that the lady at the front desk did not want my business because it would require her to do a little extra work that was not a cookie cutter fill it in on her computer program. This is extremely poor customer service and proved to me these people are NOT the type of people I can trust to take care of my vision needs.

    I got the all in done. They call it that. To be honest for the price and the results I would not do it again. Yes I can see way better. But now coming on a year after I get shadows, foggy film comes and goes and more. And believe me I went back over and over and over. But they just said I'm good. Just think it over, over 9k and not what I expected for sure. I would be glad to explain details if anyone wants more info.

    The service provided by Frantz eye care technicians was first class. Very impressed with Lessie. I was aggravated by the amount of time needed to see the doctor. He was running way behind due to some lengthy and difficult appointments.

    Very good technicians taking measurements. Everybody was very courteous and professional. I received an evaluation for additional Lasik and was told I was not a good candidate due to a very thin cornea. Although I was disappointed, I was also very appreciative of the decision of the doctor who knew it was too risky. They do put the patient first.

    This is the best eye care I have ever had!My last experience was with Dr Vaziri and his assistant Lessie.They were both great.. make me feel like they really care.
