Worst service I have ever encountered, after 10 days they messed up the glasses. So they had to be redone, no priority service, I followed up on day 8 and was told maybe tomorrow maybe the next day. I would go else where!I just got the lenses for the second time and they are wrong again, they went from being so lightly tinted to so dark I can barely see out of them, I asked for my money back at this point and was told no. They want to try one more time, so I first ordered these January 13th and now over a month has gone by and Im still waiting. I called and asked to speak to the manager and voice mail to manager not a persons name was available, I assume they go thru a lot of managers to have a generic voice mail set up, anyway I waited all day and no call back

Wow. Just had the best appointment with Frantz EyeCare. Buck, the intern was just amazing. So nice and caring. I am terrible with anything close to my eyes- but he made me feel so comfortable, that I am going back for consultation in 5 months to have corrective surgery. Never thought I could do it! Dr Johnson was extremely professional and amazing as well. Top team. Picked out my glasses and on my way! Set my mom up for her cataract appointment and my husbands as well.

I can't stand ordering new glasses, it's always expensive and time consuming; not at Frantz Eye Care!!! Not only was my eye exam quick and easy, when I went to select glasses, Biba was courteous, efficient and I actually had a great time. She was thorough and personable. I would without question recommend these people for all your vision needs! Thanks Dr. Frantz (and Biba!)
