    Very friendly front desk team. The tech who did the initial exam for color perception etc. seemed a little tense but relaxed after a few minutes and did a good job.My doctor was awesome and very thorough. Even though I know that it's a busy office, she took her time with me and answered my questions.There is a huge variety of frames for every taste and team of opticians, all very friendly and knowledgeable.I will definitely be back in the future.

    I am very disappointed with the treatment I got from your office..my cataract surgery was cancelled twice. I did my pre opt on May 13th and paid my out of pocket payment in full. After speaking with receptionist Jennifer about my disappointment for the 2nd cancellation she told me "don't shoot the messenger." Not only am I upset about her comment I had to came back early from my vacation when I could have stayed another week with my family as we went to bury my aunt that passed away. I decided that I wanted my money back and had no choice but to proceed with surgery with another doctor, as i was lost faith in Dr. Frantz and his team. I requested a refund, which was paid with cash. I was advised the office does not refund cash. I received a check a month later, less $250.00 for "pre op testing requirements and eye drops" which should have been used the night before surgery. Surgery was never performed, therefore I should be able to return the drops and get a full refund. Cancellations were the result of your office, not mine. I should not be penalized for it. I was told they cannot take back the drops which are still sealed. None of this is my fault, I respectfully request $250.00 which was deducted please be paid to me by check at your earliest convenience. I have suffered added stress, anxiety, pain, loss wages( for taking off days), for surgery and recovery, cutting my vacation short, and unethical and unprofessional receptionist.I truly hope you will agree to mail me a check for the deductions taken out.Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this urgent matter.Very disappointed,Joanne Scott
