    I had an eye emergency several months ago and was seen immediately by Dr. Warrior. This required several follow up appts to which I was never kept waiting and I found everyone to be very polite and professional. I was impressed enough to have my two cataract surgeries done by Dr Frantz and I received the same excellent care.After two visits to the Ft Myers office, two visits to the surgery center and over a dozen visits to the Naples office, I don't have one single complaint. From check-in to check-out, I received excellent care from each and every member of both eye centers and the surgery center.If I do have to wait for an appointment some day in the future, I'll remember the day they fit my retina emergency immediately into a very busy day and maybe that's the reason for the delay.

    My cataract was so dense that it was difficult to get a good measurement on my eye. The data obtained was reviewed by Dr. Frantz who then made a change in the lens he planned to use for my surgery. Very impressed with the profession and thoroughness of the entire team. I am also a physician, and I feel in good hands!

    There were over a hundred questions that needed to be completed prior to the visit, which filled about 12 pages and took nearly an hour to complete. I was told by the office and insurance company that the exam fee was covered by insurance. We were charged $100. When I called to obtain a credit, I was told I would receive a phone call back after manager approval for the adjustment the same day. I never received a return phone call. The office did not have the right type and strength of contact for my daughter to try on, yet we were still charged a $100 fitting fee (one of the contacts they "fitted" her with was her own contact!). She needs to go back a second time because we also were not given her prescription. We were not given a paper copy of the bill to try and submit to insurance, we were only given a credit card receipt. Overall VERY UNSATISFIED and would not recommend this office.
