Although the doctors and staff are always very friendly, I can never give Dr Frantzs office 5 stars. The wait time is always ridiculous. I purposely booked the first appt. after lunch so I could get right in, and still sat in the waiting room for 35 minutes. And its off season! Two hours later my general eye exam was completed.

Dr. Edward has a warm personality and is a most capable eye doctor. She has provided encouragement relative to the glaucoma problem I am dealing with an her eye drops prescription appears to have helped to bring down the pressure in my eyes.
