I was on vacation in Ft. Myers when I was diagnosed with shingles on my face and near my eye. I called Frantz EyeCare hoping to get an appointment. The receptionist who answered the phone was friendly and accommodating and was able to get me in that morning. I saw Dr. Nguyen, who was thorough and did a wonderful job explaining what was going on and answering my questions. The office is busy but the wait time was minimal. If I lived down here or need EyeCare on my next vacation I would definitely return to Frantz.

First class service during my first visit to Frantz Eye Care. They squeezed me in to see Dr. Feder to address an issue with my left eye that could not wait for the next available appointment. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and the attention to detail paid by the entire staff. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for eye care after this.

BEWARE Dr. Frantz's office tells you that your insurance approved the procedure only to find out they never even contacted the insurance carrier.

Very nice initial visit. The staff and doctor were very accommodating and friendly. I did request that they imeadiatly contact the building owner and get the very dangerous entrance made safer for wheelchair users. I hope the next time I visit there it is resolved.

Great and caring staff. Makes sure all is right and ok. Keep check on patients and are there if you need them. Staff and office's are always meat and orderly.
