Throughout the entire process I had a high level of confidence that I was getting the best of care at Frantz Eye Care. Dr. Frantz patiently answers all of your questions and, of course, he is without peer as an eye surgeon. The follow up visit with Dr. Feder and Lessie was also very professional. All of the staff is courteous and patient friendly.

The communication in the office is horrible which is concerning because 80% of medical errors are due to mis- or poor communication. Now, my surgery is canceled for the THIRD time. I'm done.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will say as a new patient it took a lot longer than expected. My appointment was at 230 and did not get out until 6pm. I'm grateful they took their time with me and listened to all my questions and concerns.
