I had cataract surgery at Frantz EyeCare several weeks ago. The process leading up to it and following, was the best experience I have had at any doctor's office or business. Everyone was very professional, while at the same time, very concerned, helpful, and friendly. They went up and above what was expected. You felt like good friends or family. Everything was explained so you understood what exactly was happening. The surgery couldn't have been simpler. I now have 20/20 in both eyes. I felt very at ease. Dr. Frantz, Dr. Feder, Dr. Warrier and his staff were amazing! I would recommend Frantz EyeCare to everyone. Their cookies are pretty great too.

I scheduled an elective lens replacement with this office, and carefully obtained cost estimates. As the billing rolled in afterwards, it became apparent that the end cost to me is approximately $2500 per eye higher than what this office provided me in terms of quotes. Aside from the fact that I feel completely mislead here and that this dollar amount would have been a decision-changing consideration for me, I cannot believe that this office has not encountered this before and done a better job
