This is a five star place to visit and do business with.Had an appointment and at first impression, thought my wait was going to be a long one. Considering the amount of people they had in the lounge. Instead I was seen, in about ten minutes or so ... and from there - the staff took me from one test to the next very quickly.During those test they explain things in detail and took the same detail in asking question about my health and concerns with the same effort. The staff was friendly and very attentive to any needs.Meet with Dr. Frantz himself and he too, was a real pleasure. Very detailed in his examine and just as detail with his answers.Facility has all the bells and whistles .. very modern and organized. (Ft Myers location)I would give them a 10 star review ... they are absolutely a pleasure to deal with ... and take their time to explain everything. Meanwhile they have you walk away - feeling that all your concerns and questions are answered.Don't hesitate to do business with them, you won't be disapointed!The photograph's enclosed are not of the business but instead, a reason I choose this place. I'm so happy that I chose Frantz EyeCare! Dr. Frantz was warm and he listened to my complaints about my vision. He did not try to sell me something that I did not need. The staff was very knowledgeable and receptive. Lasik surgery was the perfect solution for me. I'm very happy with the results. Thank you Dr. Frantz for making my eye surgery a pleasant experience.

Went with a friend to pick up glasses and when she got them she didn't like them because she could not see with them .Whatever happen to when you get your glasses, they check you glasses by checking if you can read fine print which they did not do so she was satisfied with your service
