Above and beyond. In FL temporarily and having to evacuate, Business Manager Holly offered to drive by my Mom's new memory care unit in Naples since we were unable to be in touch. All was good but her assurance she would update me, take her time to give me peace was more than I ever hoped. Every one at Frantz is incredibly friendly and helpful. A shout out to Daisy who is our welcoming smile when we arrive. Thanks Team!

Dr. Burkley is really excellent. He explains procedures thoroughly in advance, takes the time to put the patient at ease, and answers all questions clearly and in a manner that's fully understandable.

I scheduled an appointment in July as for a new patient exam. The next available appointment was in October. It was a bit of a wait, but I thought it would be worth it. Then they called and canceled due to hurricane Ian. I asked when they would be rescheduling patients since I already waited 3 months and was advised they would prioritize the canceled patients. I never heard back so I decided to call a week later. At that time, I was advised the next available appointment was in January. I asked if that was how they were prioritizing and she said just said, "that's the next available". I wish they could have done better with the customer service.

Experience with medical and surgical staff comforting, competent and professional. In addition, the Surgery Center staff work to make the patient feel calm and ready for surgery. Highly recommend.
