I just had a bad experience trying to get an initial appointment at the DelPrado office. The receptionist answered the phone as if I was bothering her. When she asked what plan I had, I gave her all the information that is on my card, but she said (in an annoyed tone) that this was not the correct information. This is a new plan for me which is offered for retired military families. My husband happened to hear the interaction and was appalled at the way this woman was speaking to me. There are other options for us, and we will be using one of the others. The doctors may be excellent, but they need to do something about their person in the front line.

Dr. Frantz and his staff are always very kind and makes you feel like you are the only patient they have. I would recommend Frantz Eye Care to anyone in (or out of) the Fort Myers area. Thank you to everyone!
