Very professional, staff is exceptional. They are considerate and caring. I was disappointed however, to discover Franz Eye provides transportation for surgical patients after the fact. It would have been helpful to know that before scheduling surgery.

From the first phone call to make an appointment my experience with Frantz EyeCare was a positive one. The young lady I spoke with listened to my concerns about my eye issue and patiently gathered my information and was able to schedule an appointment for me quickly. Thank you!Each person at the front desk was personable, pleasant and helpful. There is a welcoming vibe which makes you feel good about Frantz EyeCare.Patrice was exceptional in gathering all of the needed information and performing my eye testing. She made me feel relaxed and at ease. Patrice is a true professional.Keke was the next staff member I saw for further testing. She was also very knowledgeable and her calm demeanor further helped me relax during testing.Dr. Houser was thorough, explaining each part of the examination. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable during the eye exam.Checkout was easy and Sally was absolutely wonderful in setting up my next appointment.Thank you all, my visit was outstanding. I highly recommend Frantz EyeCare Center!

I have been very pleased with all the staff, very kind and attentive and helpful. My right eye surgery went so nicely, better than I could imagine. I have every confidence in Dr. Frantz and all those who work in the North Naples facility. And I feel less nervous for my upcoming left eye surgery this Wednesday. September 22. Thank you. Joseph Lang
