I have been banned from Dr. Jonathan Frantzs practice due to an error they made 10/2017 in providing a new prescription for me. I insisted that Dr. Frantz pay the fee demanded for the remaking done by a third-party. I attempted to use the Frantz in-house optical department but they could not access the specific frame that I wanted. They also said they would not accept any responsibility if that frame broke in their attempt to fill the prescription which caused me to use the third party.

We LOVE Frantz EyeCare!!! My daughter had LASIK surgery six years ago. I had both PRK & LASIK three years ago and my son had PRK in both eyes today! Both Dr. Frantz and Dr. Robin are GREAT eye surgeons!!! We wouldnt go anywhere else! I refer everyone to this wonderful group! Also, their staff is amazing....all very professional as well as very knowledgeable! A lovely office with a lovely team of superb individuals!!!

They are so awesome at this office. We went to another eye center in our area and the Dr. Was so rude had no bed side manner when my husband tore and detached his retina they got him in on a Monday and surgery on next day. 1 month later he now has his vision back. Thank you Frantz EyeCare for all your help.

Thank GOD for Dr Warrier she gave me a second chance at eye sight when I seen floaters and then flashes and then blurred vision I went into my local eye Dr. and he told me "Well next time you will come in sooner" and you will need surgery but I can't do it until Tuesday so I got a second opinion and I am glad I found Dr Warrier because like I said I know GOD sent her my wsy!! I now have my vision Back and I think it's better than before!!
