    Southwest Florida consist of small towns. If your business is good then word will travel quickly. Rather than spending a large budget on advertising I suggest healthcare business owners invest in hiring quality front office staff. This office is another example of seemingly underaged and apparent under experienced staff giving the business a jaded first impression. Rather than being welcoming and accommodating the staff makes the clients feel as if they are in the principals office. Additionally the wait time was almost two hours for a basic yearly exam. We will be transferring our records to our local Wal Mart optometrist. A place we where good customer service is easily remembered after the experience we received during today's appointment.

    FYI...this is Angela Pennell, a patient at the Punta Gorda office. NOT Matthew Jones. I used to go to another Eye care office. I always felt as though I was a bother and treated as a number not a patient. So I went on the hunt for a new place. At Franze Eyecare in Punta Gorda, each and every time I enter the office I am greeted with a smile from Brittany. Usually another staff member will come out I am greeted with the same hospitality. I am always treated with kindness and they all try and help me as much as possible. I would not think of going anywhere else. Thank you for making my office visits so pleasant. :)

    The front desk was pathetic!<br>I'm thinking "this isn't the only place to have cataract surgery."<br><br>I am on Medicare with part B and part D. After filling out all the paperwork, the girl hands it back and says " sorry you don't have any insurance.<br>I was worried so, I go to the Medicare office and find out I am fully covered. <br><br>Two weeks later<br>I go back to Frantz, I hand the paperwork in again and the girl says " I remember you you have no insurance" and hands me my paperwork back!<br><br>What's wrong with it I asked.<br>"You have no insurance!"<br><br>I still don't know why<br><br>I do know that Dr Frantz isn't the only place to go.<br><br>I never found out anything about the cost, about the different options available. <br>.<br>I'll try another doctor.
