Not a fan. I've been a long time customer of Frantz Eye Care, and I just needed an up to date prescription for my eye glasses. Thought I would try the radio rd location for convenience. When I went in, I was told I hadn't been there recently enough and needed to fill out a ton of new patient paperwork. It was literally about 10 pages of redundant baloney. I said none of my info had changed and was told, tersely, that didn't matter. So, I walked out. Office protocol does matter. If my loyalty as a customer means nothing, I will gladly fill out new patient paperwork at a location that is easier to deal with where I am actually new. The doctor may have been fine. I'll never know.

I have seen my eye doctor here for the past 5 years and, I have to say that I couldn't be happier with the service or care. The ladies at the front desk, the eye techs, the doctor &, the glasses tech are, without acception, wonderful &, know the true meaning of Customer Service, something hard to find these days.
