i had appts. on 2 consecutive weeks and neither doctor could make the appt. "on-time".......i was there 5 to 10 minutes early but neither doctor or their staff could advise why they are running late or advise when i would get in to my appt.......they are terrible at communicating where they are at and just can't keep appointments.....this is something they do everyday so how can they be so poor at keeping appts.?

Earlier this year I was diagnosed with macular degeneration and started seeing Dr. Plous.I have had a very positive reaction to his treatment and am 100% convinced that that is due to his knowledge and expertise. It is obvious he cares deeply about welfare of his patients thus I and my eyes are very happy. Thank you Dr. Plous! Darlena L

I was in for my annual exam yesterday. Kudos on the masks and social distancing. Totally felt safe and respected.My real reason for writing though ismy tech David was absolutely phenomenal!!!Ive had very nice and good techs in the past but he was both, as well as very thorough and professional and mindful.We had a really nice conversation throughout. I told Dr Legic how good he was and he said you all are very lucky to have him.I was shocked when he told me he went back to school at 50 to do what he is doing. IMPRESSIVE!!!I also thought it was admirable about how he spoke of Dr Frantz. He used the same word over and over--- authentic. Spoke of how good of a person he is. You and I and others know this but it really says something when employees that are with him on the inside day in and day out hold him in such high esteem.Just thought Id share Its important to let people know they were noticed for their abilities, achievements and kindness. Especially now more than ever in these times. David is one of those.Only issue now is that I dont want any other tech in the future. LOL

Had an eye emergency today and was able to get an appoingmentt at Frantz Eye Care in Berkshire Commons to be seen today. The staff there is so caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Edward was amazing as was her assistant. They made you feel like family. Would highly recommend these professionals for all your eye care needs.
