First visit to the PG office, i was very impressed with facility and staff.Debbie (tech), was super personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. She explained each procedure and what to expect. At the end of the visit answered all my questions. Overall great experience!

My wife went had eyelid surgery done at Frantz Eye Care. She paid the deductible every time she went in and now we get a bill from them because they called my wife and asked her past health questions prior to surgery that every doctor we have ever seen normally has you fill out a medical questionnaire on paper or a note pad. Never have we ever been charged for this. My wife called their billing dept and they explained that it was for their phone call. We are going to pay for this but will never go back to Frantz Eye care

I live in Punta Gorda. While the local Frantz EyeCare office is super nice, they are always booked out for months. I needed to replace my glasses ASAP. The lenses were damaged.I was able to get an appointment at Ft Myers office within 2 weeks. Dr. Feder and Lessie gave me a thorough exam, then handed me off to Biabi. Biabi was awesome. She listened to my preferences, showed me a great selection of frames, and worked up a great deal for 2 pair of glasses- my usual progressives and a pair of prescription sunglasses too!All in all the drive to Ft Myers was well worth it!
