I saw Dr. Feder, she is very thorough and competent. I would recommend her completely. With that said, I am completely dissatisfied with this office's ability to keep on time appointments. I had a 9:30 appointment and wasn't call back to start the process until 40 mins later .Over all I was there 1 hour and 45 mins. Completely unacceptable. All 6 of my appointments since August have had similar scheduling conflicts.

Amber was amazing, taking down my new patient information, logging in my prescription for eyeglasses, finding frames that fit my budget AND fitting them. In 15 minutes!! Very nice and helpful. Go to Frantz eye care on Radio Rd. They are great!!

cataract surgery by Dr. Burch was professional, efficient and very successful. Patrice was the nurse for the appointment the next day after surgery. She was very professional and knowledgeable.Overall, a great experience with a very successful outcome.
