Had a great visit and still have a sharp eye with the details of my appointment. Sara B was very nice and informed with the process and put me at ease while I was a bit nervous. They are so organized, and kind. Made my visit pleasurable.

I had a very comfortable and informative visit. The tech, Shelby, took her time and answered all my questions. The Doctor was also very friendly and informative. This was a very pleasant eye exam!

I had a wonderful experience there. She had me go through different test and found the problem. I really appreciate her listening and making no stone unturned . I highly encourage them to trust Dr Franz eye center. Had contacts removed first. Then I was being checked by the doctor in Lehigh then started having some eye problems. They sent me to Ft myers office to see a specialize who ran test and said I needed to see Dr. Warrier for more test. I really appreciate the care I have gotten from all these doctors. I feel they really cared and was going to find the problem. Just very caring and respect.

I was in the waiting room, waiting for my husband's eye appointment. I thought I would ask the optical folks to adjust my glasses, although they had no idea if I was a client or not, and the woman happily fixed my glasses! Thanks so much Frantz eye care!!
