They had to reschedule my appointment in North Naples twice because the Dr wasn't available that day. Original appt in December rescheduled for February, now they have an earliest opening in April. The person from Franz office I talked to on the phone didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Asked me if I wanted to keep the appointment or cancel. As soon as I said cancel, she hung up. Wow. Franz took over this Dr's office after she moved out of state but I kept coming back. They must be too big now to care. Time to find another eye Dr in the area.

Everyone keeps telling me "she's the one to see"..well,she is. Amazing experience as far as 'doctor experiences' goes. She's thorough, caring, and kind of funny actually. A total professional in my book. If you understood how reluctant I am of having anyone or anything near my eyes, it would explain my enthusiasm. I would cringe just watching my daughters use an eyeliner pencil. Thank you Frantz eyecare and Dr. Warrier for everything.

Everything was great - No long waiting time; Friendly & very professional staff; No surprise charges; Testing in very thorough; Test findings and results are very well explained so that the patient has a reasonable chance to evaluate and how to proceed; Eye drops prescribed present better results.
