    I took my mother to clinic for her first appointment. Our appointment was at 2pm. At 4 pm we were still in waiting room #2 and still had not seen a doctor. Left office without eye exam. Not sure if this is normal but we felt like cattle who could not make it to the butcher. Will be looking for new doctor.

    Dr. Robin performed my LASIK surgery two days ago and it's been wonderful to see without reading glasses again! I had to go out to dinner & celebrate & being able to read the menu was a joy! Dr. Robin informed & assured me throughout the whole process. After surgery, he called me that night to see how I was doing and gave me his personal cell number to call if I had any questions or problems. When was the last time a Dr. gave you that kind of care? The last time I remember was when I was a kid and Dr. Rosenthal would come to the house with his medical bag (a la Dr. Marcus Welby) when us kids were sick. I had no pain and all gain and like others my only regret is that I should have done it sooner! Thanks Dr. Robin and Frantz Eye Care!

    His bedside manner is great until you question him! He then sends certified letter to you saying you are no longer a patient, and sends you to one of his associates in a different practice! They tell you one thing and tell Dr Franz another. Of course to fix your eyes it's going to be $5000.00 out of your pocket..In the mean time I still can't see distance and guess what I was suppose to have distance lenses! Of course this is a long story and I am trying to shorten it! Bottom line NOT a good place to trust !

    Cataract surgery patient with follow up re my vision. This place is horrible. Each time I went in, they had no idea why I was there. Many times you spend the ENTIRE afternoon being shuffled from one room to another as you wait for a room to open up. Just experienced my "last straw" with them, because "the people downstairs", according to the billing department, failed to file the insurance for my new glasses which were required due to a change in my vision after the cataract surgery. She admitted this was a screw up by the "people downstairs". Just because a doctor might be the best in his field, doesn't mean that his staff can't be totally inept and that his "operations" team doesn't need an entire overhaul so that his office is run more smoothly and these kinds of costly mistakes don't happen! Done with this particular practice. I'll go elsewhere.
