    Over one year ago, I had my first encounter with Frantz Eyecare. After having a full eye examination, Dr. Robins recommended I have Lasik surgery in my right eye, for distance sight, and Raindrop surgery in my left eye, for close up vision. Since I am an active athletic type and have trouble with glasses falling off or being able to read gauges while scuba diving, I took Dr. Robin's recommendations and had these surgeries done. Presently my right eye see's distances very well. My left eye, the raindrop, never worked since day one for close up vision, in fact, I would argue my close up vision has deteriorated. I returned almost monthly the year following this surgery to check in with Dr. Robins. He would recommend all sorts of pricey eye drops and prescriptions for the raindrop eye. Nothing worked. Finally, Dr. Robins reported to me that the Raindrop company had gone out of business, and promised to follow up with me during the following week to present an alternative solution. Since that time I have received no follow up from Dr. Robins office. I have called numerous times, left voice messages, and even virtually spoke with a person via the Frantz EyeCare website. I have not received a reply or heard a word from Frantz EyeCare!I have spent in excess of $ 4,000.00 for vision corrective surgery. I have one good eye and one eye that has some type of foreign, non-usable lens implanted in it. I have not received any type of response from Frantz Eye Care, Dr. Robins.Based upon my experience stated here, I would tell other folks considering the Frantz Eye Care team for their vision needs to save their time, keep their wallets in their pockets, and current glasses on!

    Not happy with the hours of business ridiculous untill 5 no weekends !!! How about people who wk so so ridiclous .So I take my business elsewhere!

    This place is HORRIBLE!!!!<br>I dealt with Megan, Nicole, & Cindy<br>All 3 were beyond Rude and could have cared less about my concerns.<br>I showed up for my scheduled ($150)pre op appointment for Lasik and Karma, not once during that appointment with Megan did she mention about the 40% off Lasik sale that was going on. 40% off Lasik for 40 days starting July 1<br>During this appointment I was told the procedure was not yet set in stone, and had no scheduled procedure date. And I could still choose to not have it done, I had a lot of concerns about Kamra.<br>I mention this because by the time I got home, we were getting texts from our pharmacy about prescriptions that we're ready, not thinking twice about it we went and picked them up. We were surprised that all 4 were from Dr Frantz office. I said to my Husband.... Why would they call these in when I don't even have a scheduled date yet?<br>So I called the next day, asked about the 40% off sale and was told I didn't qualify because I was having a bilateral procedure, Really, Megan?!?!<br>Then asked about the prescriptions....<br>Megan's response... And I Quote " well, you didn't have to pick them up" Really, Megan?!?!<br>At this point I was NOT having my procedure under this roof, it was the principal of the point now.<br>I asked Megan if I could please speak to her Manager, I needed some clarification. <br>Phone went dead..... Really, Megan?!?!<br>Now, I'm on a mission<br>Truly this is not about the money<br>Finally got to speak to Nicole, could have cared less. Really, Nicole?!?!<br>Then after 2 weeks and 9 voicemails... Office Manager Cindy calls<br>She fires me as a patient.... Really, Cindy?!?!<br>Moral of as story, do your research.<br>Im only writing this because I hope, somehow Dr Frantz or Dr Robin would see this. <br>I'm a business owner myself and take pride in treating people with respect. Thank you, Billy H
