My appointment with Dr Burch went well and very informative. However, for having just a followup I thought having to wait 2 1/2 hrs was a bit much and any patients were saying the same!!

Visit was a follow-up to YAG laser procedure (Dr Birch) for removal of film over post-cataract surgery lens. On this visit technician Pablo was very professional and quick to perform pre-exam preps and measurements. Dr Edwards completed the exam on my left (YAG) eye and also did an exam on my right eye. No issues on the left eye (obviously Dr. Birch did a great job), however she did find a new issue in my right eye and started a photo and exam regime to monitor. Dr Edwards is also my regular doctor for annual exams at the Berkshire office. Excellent and professional eye health service every time!
