I had a very thorough eye exam by Dr. Renee Houser, who explained everything she was doing and her findings. Dr. Hauser and the staff was very knowledgeable and professional. The facility was clean, the staff was very courteous. The only issue I had was I filled out all the paperwork for my registration through the bettervision.net patient portal 2 weeks prior to my appointment and had to redo it all at the office because it never went through. I will definitely continue to use Frantz Eyecare.

I had cataract surgery for my right eye and everything went perfectly. They are extremely thorough and very professional. Be prepared for a lot of waiting on the appointment before your surgery. They measure and check everything you can think of and explain it all in great detail.The morning of the surgery went very smoothly. I was seeing much clearer the next day.I dealt with one of the techs named Fritza several times and she was especially nice and friendly. I would recommend Frantz EyeCare to anybody with vision issues.

They are friendly and helpful. I am in and out quickly for my annual exams. Today, I was able to get detailed information on the Lasik process and I am excited to get the procedure now based on their recommendation. Lessie was the one who filled me in on the process. She was full of helpful hints.

Extremely courteous, helpful staff. Dr. Frantz, as always, was as easy to speak with as he appears on TV--guided me through my options with empathy and professionalism. Highly recommend!
