I went with my wife to Dr Frantz yesterday. The staff was wonderful. They did a REALLY thorough exam, including a retina scan. She really loves Dr Frantz. Very compassionate.The only thing we didn't like was being stuck in a small room waiting for the doctors for an hour and no one even checked in with us. Thought we had been forgotten. ....She feels it WAS worth the wait though!!!

The step by step Eye Exam process was through. Your personnel were very knowledgeable and provided concise answers to numerous questions. Follow on scheduling was rapid and conformed to my needs.The only down side was that the day of my examination was a very busy day in the office resulting in the whole process taking a lot of time.I would give a grading of "A" to the whole exercise.... A+ if there weren't so many people that were being processed through on the day.

Ashely Greeted me with a warm smile & welcoming attitude. I was then seen my Jamie who equally made me feel at home as she provided me the required tests to diagnose my current eye condition. Then Dr. Burkley met me to give me his professional and caring prognosis as to why my left eyes vision was hazy. I was very pleased by the professional level of care I received by their entire team.
