Very professional, staff is exceptional. They are considerate and caring. I was disappointed however, to discover Franz Eye provides transportation for surgical patients after the fact. It would have been helpful to know that before scheduling surgery.

I have been very pleased with all the staff, very kind and attentive and helpful. My right eye surgery went so nicely, better than I could imagine. I have every confidence in Dr. Frantz and all those who work in the North Naples facility. And I feel less nervous for my upcoming left eye surgery this Wednesday. September 22. Thank you. Very efficient, complete yearly eye exam for follow up after cataract surgery.In and out within 45 minutes. All employees are customer focused and ready to answer questions. Yes, I highly recommend them.Cape Coral location
