My wife and I are very pleased with the service and care we received with Frantz Eyecare. We both went in for our annual eye exams and it was determined that I needed cataracts. They made an appointment for me to see the cataract specialist who is Dr. Burch. First we were counseled by Jen K. who is amazing at her job. She was informative and pleasant and made sure I understood every detail and expenditure so there would be no surprises at the end. She made us feel comfortable, in that, if we needed guidance she would be there for us. We definitely felt no pressure to accept any commitments on the procedure. Upon seeing Dr. Burch, he also was both informative and professional. His assistant Tracy was very pleasant and friendly. Alvina the assistant was also great doing her job which were examinations in preparation to see the doctor. Overall, my wife and I walked away with a very good impression of the whole team here at Frantz Eyecare. We recommend them highly.
