Other than waiting longer than my actual appointment everything went smooth. A couple of things that needs your attention and needs to be changed is many of the employees were chewy gum very noticeable and not professional.And when the employees gets close to the client, a face mask needs to be worn,(I don't want to smell your bad breath)..

I was very nervous going in for SMILE, but Dr. Burch and Riley did a great job calming me down and performing the surgery. I appreciated that they were able to joke with me through the procedure to calm my nerves. One of my greatest coping mechanisms, truly. Kathleen and Janette were also very helpful in my first post-op, as was Dr. Feder.
