It was not my first rodeo with Dr. Frantz. I had Cataract surgery about a year ago in one eye. I started to have vision problems with the other eye so I went back to see Dr Frantz and had surgery on the other eye. It was so wonderful to have the other eye done and now I can finally see without blurred Vision. Dr. Frantz and all his staff are so wonderful. I had the best treatment anyone could wish for. A big Thank you to all! I highly recommend Dr. Frantz and all the hard working staff.

I was pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness and swift paperwork requirement before being called into the office. In other eye care companies, I have waited over an hour before being called in. The young man named Brock was taking my vitals and other usual data collection prior to seeing the MD; and he was pleasant, friendly and thorough. Dr. Nguyen was professional through and through; answered my questions and left no lingering thoughts or doubts when I left.

Lots of the latest greatest equipment and VERY thorough. Tend to run late, typically taken back 30 minutes after scheduled appt and then have to wait between each eye test. Plan to allow at least 2 hours for an appt and bring something to read or do in your lap. Dr. Goel very knowledgeable and kind. Appears to be a place where they train lots of early career ophthalmology students/recent grads who are very sweet and need your patience as they are learning. Fully accessible for those with mobility related disabilities.

Friendly, pleasant staff. Did not have to wait long. Dr. was personable and answered my questions thoroughly. The young lady that helped with my purchase of new glasses was awesome. The selection of frames was good. Overall good experience.
