We had 3 consecutive days of appointments and saw 3 doctors and at least 9 assistants and everyone was friendly and helpful. We had only one issue with a woman who did the scans and put in the IV for the dye. She was rude, condescending and kept pushing my husbands head down in the frame. Not once did she say I need to adjust your head. She also kept shaking her head back and forth in a negative way. After we left her office and within earshot of us and others in the waiting room she said to a male assistant you could have told me he was hoh. I informed her at the beginning that he did not have his hearing aids in so please speak up. Thank God she doesnt reflect what Dr. Frantzs office is about.

As soon as I walked in the staff was friendly. Not a long wait time and the staff who ran the test was professional and made me feel comfortable. The doctor took the time to speak with me as well. I would recommend.

I went to Dr. Yontz for my day after cataract surgery. She was professional and friendly. She took the time to answer my questions concerns and I left feeling confident about my recovery. I would definitely go to her for regualr eye exams as well.
