I am Blessed and grateful for the team at Frantz Eye Center. I had intraocular lens implants 5 years ago and now enjoy clear vision. The team at Frantz, from receptionist to doctor are thorough, kind, thoughtful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for giving me back my sight.

An absolutely amazing experience. Took Mom to Frantz Eye Center. She's 91 and can't see well she's been to two doctors in the last few years for her eyes. However nobody has diagnosed her correctly that is until we went to Frantz Eye Center and saw Dr Haited who immediately realized that Mom was not blinking at all from her Parkinson's disease which led to extreme dry eye. The doctor prescribed the correct medication for mom's eyes and this correct diagnosis has already led to Mom feeling much better and being able to see better as well. We can highly recommend Frantz Eye Center and Dr Haited as well as the friendly caring staff this was an extraordinary experience.Update: not going to let One Bad Apple put a black eye (no pun intended) on this wonderful facility. We love Frantz Eye Center!

I highly recommend this location of Frantz Eyecare/Lehigh Acres. Dr. Burkley took the time to explain any issues that came up and how to treat them. His scribe Tarynn was helpful as well, and the Tech Brock was friendly and informative. I really like the fact I was treated as a person, not a number on a chart.
