Very professional. Well-oiled machine as there are various stages included in exam phase. Cathy was extremely helpful in helping me pick frames. You pay a bit more than other places as there is no "included in price" for things like transitional lenses, and scratch resistant that most others have for no charge. Paid $ 100+ for what I expected to, but close proximity to where I live was a determining factor.
