Frantz Eye Care has surprised me in a world today to have great customer service, polite staff, highly skilled staff , people who actually care about positive results. I had lens replacement and could not be happier with the results. Im 59 years old and have not had 20/20 vision for 15 years until now. I would like to give a special thanks Dr. Fedor and Lessie her tech for coaching me and directing me how to take care of my eyes for the period of 5 weeks from surgery to recovery. They made me feel comfortable and attended to all my concerns all with a smile. Thats hard to find these days.

Long wait and lengthy eye exam. Pleasant staff they explain everything step by step. No surprises with insurance or post visit cost. Dr Strosser is very attentive , knowledgeable and caring specialist. My recommendation is to Book yourself out for at least 3 hours and dont schedule anything else on your appointment date. You will be there for a long while. But it is worth it.

I was vacationing in Ft Myers for 3 months this winter and developed shingles in my left eye. I thought it was a corneal abrasion. Frantz got me in that day and I went back 8 times in the month to get myself on track. I primarily worked with Dr. Stephen Haidet. Very concerned and even had Dr. Maxwell Burch pop in to get more opinions.The front desk was so friendly with big smiles quick to check in and check out. Prescriptions were sent to CVS and I could leave the office and immediately pick up.The young lady who worked with Dr. Haider was the sweetest. Felt heard and understood.Was a great experience for a bad situation. Would highly recommend Frantz to all.Might also add that Dr. Haider was mighty easy on the eyes. Lol
