From my very first visit I have always been greeted with a smile and have always been treated with kindness. I have been diagnosed with wet macular and Dr. Plous and his assistant Shelby are always very informative and a great team. Everyone in the office goes out of their way to say hello, how is your day. Thank you for making a serious condition an easy process.

I went with my children not sure of what to expect for the children's exam. Everyone we crossed paths with was exceptional!! Every staff member was friendly, patient, and caring. Dr. Haidet was fabulous with my children! While we did have some wait time, there were 3 of us in for exams together and I felt like each staff member ensured we had enough time with them and answered any questions and concerns we had. I felt like they truly look at each patient as a human being and not just a number to push through.

Friendly staff, seemed very competent. Dr. Frantz was impressive, heard all my concerns and addressed every question. Dr. Frantz will be performing my eye surgery and i feel very comfortable he will do a great job.
