I felt taken care of at every step of the exam. No rushing through the process like other offices do. The doctor took time to explain his findings, answered my questions and provided recommendations. Excellent customer service.

We had 3 consecutive days of appointments and saw 3 doctors and at least 9 assistants and everyone was friendly and helpful. We had only one issue with a woman who did the scans and put in the IV for the dye. She was rude, condescending and kept pushing my husband's head down in the frame. Not once did she say I need to adjust your head. She also kept shaking her head back and forth in a negative way. After we left her office and within earshot of us and others in the waiting room she said to a male assistant " you could have told me he was hoh." I informed her at the beginning that he did not have his hearing aids in so please speak up. Thank God she doesn't reflect what Dr. Frantz's office is about.
