Had a concerning eye issue and they got me in right away. Dr Paez was wonderful. Answered all my questions. The office staff was also efficient and friendly.

The Dr. and staff were professional and helpful ever if there computer system was down. they did there best to plow through the technical problem and keep my appointment.

Nice, professional staff. There was a cancellation so I was able to be seen same day which was great.Only downside, it was quite a wait other patients were complaining so maybe it doesn't happen often.

Mighty impressed by Frantz EyeCare in Naples. As you enter you feel welcomed and taken care of instantly. Wonderful staff interactions and my optometrist, Kimberly Feder, who was simply amazing. Explained everything in detail, made recommendations, and provided an outlook. Met all my expectations and then some. Also great selection of glasses/frames.
