I had a piece of a contact lens break off and could not get it out of my eye. I walked in right before 5pm when they were about to close and they gladly took me back and removed the piece of contact lens. I highly recommend Frantz Eyecare!

So I just had Cataract surgery with the basic lens and I am thrilled with my outcome. I had such great support and educators along the way. Dr Johnson and Amanda were so patient and helpful with me, and the team of Dr Burch, Patricia, Roxanne, and Nichelle getting me scheduled and all of them working with me to simulate what my vision after surgery would be like. The surgery team was so great too. Terri has great bedside as well as Jeff the laser tech. Dr Burch gave me a personal call to answer questions and set my mind at ease. The entire experience was wonderful and I'm loving my new vision!!

All the staff is excellent. Very pleasant and professional. Dr Strosser took his time and was very thorough with my exam. It was my first visit there, so everything had to be done, paperwork and all baseline stuff. Very pleased with exam, and my new glasses should be ready in 2 weeks.
