Waiting time to see the separate eye checking stations and finally the eye doctor was to long. It took me over two hours total to get my eyes checked.

Dr Hogan was excellent. She explained everything so well. It was a pleasure dealing with her in every way. Lessie was really good too. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely good at her job. Chelsea in optical also was so easy to deal with and friendly.

Estar y no estar, DemenciaI have a lot of experience with this center because my niece, my sister, and my daughter all had surgery here, and honestly, the level of care they provide from the moment you arrive is truly impressive. But with my mom, it was a miracle yes, a miracle, as youre reading.My mom had cataract surgery several years ago at another clinic, and although the surgery went well, she later began showing signs of dementia something we didnt know at the time. She wanted to stay home and do the postoperative treatment herself, which is very important after any eye surgery, but because her memory was failing, she couldnt remember whether she had applied her drops or not.This caused her to live practically shut inside because of the brightness, always wearing dark sunglasses. When she went outside, it was heartbreaking to see her suffering from how sensitive she was to light.But then a miracle happened. Since I already knew this clinic, I suddenly felt this intuition, this light, telling me to bring her and try one last time. We had gone many times to the doctor who originally operated on her, and he always told us that the surgery had been a success but that they didnt know what had happened.And then the miracle happened: they saved my mom. Now I can see her eyes again always a bit watery but still so beautiful.Thank you to all the staff and the doctor for being so kind. I give you my 100-star rating.

I have just started going to Franz Eye Care and so far the staff and Doctor have been awesome. Have early morning appointments and always have been seen in a timely fashion. Worth the drive for me.
