I would like to say thanks to all the doctors and nurses that was involved in my, so much better vision. I cant express enough how good it is to actually see again. All appointments were professional, except for the last one. Since nobody ever came back when I was sat in the doctors office, than I was ignored. I finally went to the front desk, and was told there was an emergency. But nobody can kindly come in and let me know. I also had a appointment in Fort Myers. And didnt make it.

My wife and I are very happy we chose this office. The doctors and staff are fantastic. You are never rushed and they take the time to answer all questions. Amber does a great job advising and fitting your glasses. She also provides seamless ordering of contacts informs you on rebates. Great office!

My review of my visit is that it was exceptional especially Brock , my tech who did my eye testing in preparation for my injection. I have been treated by Dr. Warrier at Franzs Eye Center for many years. Only recently was I a little put off by their insurance department. I was texted by their insurance department the day before my appointment indicating that i was not authorizes by them to pay for my treatment for macular degeneration which requires a shot in my right eye and that I had to reschedule after 6-3-2025 or I would have had to self-pay for my treatment. I rescheduled for 6-4-2025 and was prepped and ready to get my injection when I was told again by the staff that Insurance would not pay for my injection. Dr. Warrier and her staff found a way for me to give me my injection so that I wouldnt have to return another day for treatment. Both me, Dr. Warrier and her technicians were frustrated by the insurances insistence I was not eligible for treatment. Brocks quick and efficient prep work and Dr. Warrier and her team are the reasons that I will continue to trust my eye care to the Franz Eye Care center in Fort Myers, FL.Rich Buckingham

My husband must see Dr. Warrier each month due to his eye issue. Prior to seeing Dr. Warrier, we have seen a variety of staff that complete the prep tests. All are professional and friendly, but Brock particularly stands out. His easy-going yet professional nature put the patient at ease. His questions while completing the various exams are efficient yet doesnt give the feeling of being rushed or being in an assembly line to push patients through. Thank you, Brock, for always making patients feel like they are the number 1 priority at Frantz Eye Care.
