The front desk staff was professional and helpful. Dr. Williams's assistant, Terrell, was amiable and efficiently took care of me. Finally, Dr. Williams himself was calm and took the time to explain things to me. All in all, a great experience, and I'd highly recommend the Eye Institute and Dr. Williams.

A true cornea expert!! Appointment was not rushed. We liked him a lot and felt we are in the right hands for my complex situation. I've had 2 DSEK corneas transplants elsewhere. 1st one failed in 5 years, 2nd only 10 months ago . Now need full cornea. He is knowledgeable of dry eye syndrome, macular edema from my previous surgeries elsewhere, and my prosthetic iris. After my cornea surgery, he feels I will near vision almost as good as my good eye, plus be able to wear contact lenses compatible with dry eyes. After 12 years of bad or no eyesight in my eye. This would be a blessing. So far we highly recommend Dr. Desai.

If you have a retina issue Dr Kirsch is the Doctor you want to be looking into your eye. He is honest, forthright, and committed. Just be sure that you are listening intently. He does not like to repeat himself.

Both Dr Roberts & his tech Kate were personable & professional as well as on schedule (which can be a rare find)! I never felt rushed and he made sure any questions I had were answered. Very pleasant bedside manner. Definitely recommend!
