It's nice to know that my eyes are in the Best Hands with The Eye Institute of Florida. They have picked the greatest staff, technicians, and doctors.

The billing practices and collection practices are enough to drive me away from the doctors at the Eye Institute of West Florida, where Janie Ho practices. I have been going to Jory Williams for many years for my annual eye exam. Always paid my bill promptly upon receiving it. I had an incident which required him and another doctor, Dr. Ho to have appointments.A followup appointment about a month later came up for Dr Ho and I received a call from the office saying that my appointment was two days later, but they needed payment of my previous visit. The only problem was that they had never billed me for that visit. Indeed the bill arrived the very next day, and even after the billing date you have thirty days to pay.I find it disgusting to try and collect a bill that has not even been invoiced as a prerequisite for an appointment. In about ten years with the clinic, I have never missed a payment.Maybe because I'm 67 years old Dr Ho and the Eye Institute think they can strong arm me, but don't try and hold me hostage for a payment you have not invoiced.I won't be going back to the Eye Institute of Florida.
